5. Orders & Payments

  • Bank Transfer (Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared).
• If payment is unsuccessful, the Order may be cancelled or delayed.

6. Delivery

• We deliver across Australia via standard courier services.
• Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but delays may occur due to third-party courier issues, weather, or supply chain disruptions.
• Risk and title in Goods pass to You upon delivery at the provided Delivery Address.
• If You opt for unattended delivery, We are not responsible for any loss or damage occurring after the Goods are left at the Delivery Address.

7. Cancellations & Changes

• Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are processed and dispatched.

• We reserve the right to cancel Orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of Goods. In such cases, We will notify You and issue a full refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our dog treats and consumable products, We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If You receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Us within 7 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photos), and We will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
