At Indomitable Australia, we take pride in offering high-quality dog treats that meet strict safety and quality standards. We understand that issues may arise with your order, and we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and explains when you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific conditions regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

  1. Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. Since our products are consumable pet treats, we cannot restock or resell returned food items due to health and safety regulations.

Please carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and nutritional information before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, contact us before placing an order.

  1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are eligible for a replacement or refund, provided that:

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The product has not been consumed or altered.
  • You provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect, including images of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
  • A store credit for future purchases.
  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be provided if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is faulty or defective through no fault of your own.
  • The wrong item was sent due to an error on our part.
  • The product is unsafe or subject to a recall.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • Your dog does not like the taste or texture of the product.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The item was not stored correctly (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, or improper sealing).
  • You provided incorrect shipping details when placing your order.
  1. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a return or refund request, please email contact@indomitableaustralia.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence (for damaged or faulty items).

We will respond within 5 business days with further instructions.

  1. Shipping for Returns

If a return is required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a return shipping label, and the return shipping cost will be covered by Indomitable Australia.

If a return is accepted for any other reason (subject to approval), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@indomitableaustralia.com .

  1. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us.

  1. Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Limited-time promotional bundles
